C. Description

This programs - listed unter "Non-registered plain software names" works
as webinterface for managing and searching of the data was developed by 
author Vladimir Nechaev and is NOT free software.

D. Safety

Even when the software is simple and harmless, and the developer excludes 
every misbehavior after testing, he gives no warranty.

E. License for end users

Thus, just in case, the following line: the user in internet can use the 
software for searching of information as it is and at own risk. The author
grants nobody the rigth to make copies of the software or to learn it on
the monitor or on the another development or commercial focused way.

F. No license for every other users

No copies of source files are allowed. The developer of software use it 
for own puroposes in different projects to communicate with end users.
